First Presbyterian Church, Murfreesboro, and Stones River National Battlefield
150 years after the Civil War, history buffs, students, teachers and the public are invited to learn more about this pivotal but underappreciated battle that took place outside of Murfreesboro, TN in 1862. The symposium will include talks that highlight the significance of the battle, period music and dramatizations, lunch, and activities at the battlefield. The registration fee is $20.
